My son and I wanted to treat ourselves to early Christmas and birthday dinner. My son enjoyed the burger but my schnitzel was dry and overcooked. Lettuce leaves were hidden under tomatoes and not edible. I ate what I could .... and I fully understand that it was a busy night. If you can put forward fresh salad, leave it out. There are other salads. Don't hide old soggy lettuce under the tomatoes.
